Serif Font - A small decorative line added as embellishment to the basic form of a character.








Sans-Serif Font - A category of typefaces that do not use serifs, small lines at the ends of characters.








Margin- The edge or border of something.












Guide - A person who advises or shows the way to others. 










Bleed - Lose blood from the body as a result of injury or illness.














CMYK -The CMYK color model (process color, four color) is a subtractive color model, used in color printing, and is also used to describe the printing process itself. 








Resolution - A firm decision to do or not to do something. 











Copy Proof- Made from trial impressions made from composed type, or print-outs .












Artboard - Artboards are a unique and powerful feature of Illustrator.








Registration mark - is a symbol that provides notice that the preceding word or symbol is a trademark or service mark that has been registered with a national trademark office.
